the sugar rice krinkles guy is HORRIFYING visually, but i can’t bring myself to be scared of him because he’s got such a friendly tone. a lot of the time with unsettling clowns they have an uncanny joyous mood but this guy fr just seems like a fella who wants to make children happy

Ah yes, the Toohey's tongue ad. While I haven't seen this particular one, I do remember one where a sleeping guy's tongue falls out of his mouth and crawls on the floor through a party looking for a Toohey's beer. And, yes, it was just as creepy and off putting as this one. BTW, it's pronounced "two-ee" Also, there's another weird one with pod people that I just remembered.
